Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Please review this before booking. These rules are applied automatically when you cancel.

How much notice do I need to give to cancel?

All training sessions require 24 hours' notice.

Do I get my session credit back?

Yes. Cancel within the required notice window and the credit returns to your account automatically, ready to use on a future session.

What happens if I cancel late or don't show up?

The session credit is forfeited. This lets Coach Carter offer that spot to another athlete instead of holding it empty.

How do I cancel a booking?

Open the booking in your athlete portal and choose Cancel. The system will tell you whether you are still inside the notice window before you confirm.
